Traditionally, Venture Capital firms focus on providing capital and do not offer infrastructure, services, mentoring and guidance. We actually help Venture Capitalists find investment opportunities. Our focus is at the startup and seed capital level. Our target Member Companies require $100,000 to $1,000,000; which is below the funding level of most Venture Capitalists. Most Venture Capitalists limit their seed stage investment, so angel investors are usually the best sources for seed capital. We do however, help Member Companies, launch, and grow to the stage where they need additional financing from Venture Capitals and corporations.
