Yes we will. However, the majority of funds come through our Investors – angel investors, venture capital firms, corporations and institutions. ApecTec has affiliations with investment funds that may co-invest in Member Companies along with Investors. One fund invests at the very earliest stage seeking a small percentage in equity ownership at fair market value. This fund makes its investment decision before a company is posted in Paradise.
