Previous information materials stated that the Direct Payment Card could also be used, free of charge, at all Bank One ATMs. Why do the current information materials no longer state that?

After the previous information materials were published, Bank One became a part of Chase Bank, and all of the Bank One ATMs became part of the Chase network. You can use your card, free of charge, at all of the Chase and Allpoint ATMs.
