Ans: International admission procedure is done very seriously. Every university receives around 2000 applications from all over the world. When you want to acquire a place there you have to prepare best for that. You can prepare yourself during your internship period. Many students are giving 2-3 attempts (years) for Indian entrance exams and you have similar studies to prepare for abroad entrance (where required). It’s definitely not the waste of time.
