My daughter had to go for a abdominal ultrasound 2 weeks ago, and she was not allowed to eat or drink anything. But about 6 years ago I had to go for a pelvic ultrasound, and my bladder had to be full. So, sorry, can’t really help you. Phone an er unit in your area.
