PowerPoints custom animation effects don work with the 3D Transitions. What can I do?
Please make sure you have the current version of PowerPlugs: Transitions installed. You can determine what version of Transitions is installed by checking the properties of the PowerPlugs Player. Go to C:\Program Files\PowerPlugs and right mouse click on PowerPlugs Player.exe. Click the “Version” tab. If you have version of Transitions earlier than v2.0, please visit our Web page located at http://www.crystalgraphics.com/presentations/transitions.update.asp to download a free update to the current version. Also, before you select “View Show with Effects,” go to PowerPoint’s File menu and select Page Setup.
