hi, my aunts 1999 porsche carrera has a problem as it says in the subject…the convertible top is stuck down….when she tried to bring it up, the cover goes up, but not the actual top. we already checked the fuses and that doesnt do anything there is no clicking of any sort any help would be greatly appreciated! A: The top mechanism has a relay and switch.
