While we believe you will want to keep all our products, It Cosmetics will be happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on used or damaged merchandise. Exchanges of items purchased through itcosmetics.com should be forwarded to the address listed below and include receipt. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
