POLICE OR GANG EXPERTS: how violent is RVL or Renegade Vice Lords and how large and “known” is the gang?
They fall under the “Vice Lord Nation” … RVL is a sub-gang of the Conservative Vice Lords street gang. RVL is based in Chicago and formed in the Rockwell Garden Housing Projects in the mid 80’s. They now have bases as far east as St Louis, Mo. and as far north as Minnesota. They are made of primarily black members and they conduct crimes such as robbery, theft, assaults, battery, intimidation, and extortion.
