The first thing that has to be established is what good communication skills are and then we can evaluate how each of them is vital to achieve your mission statement. 1. Clear oral skills: If the lawyer/solicitor doesn’t have clear speech then they will not be to convey the law to their client nor will they be able to convey their clients case to the judge/magistrate.
