• Plymouth State University receives less than 14 percent of its total budget from state appropriations, with student tuition making up a large part of the University’s operating budget, less than any other state (the national average is around 32 percent). Gifts to the PSU Tower Fund from alumni and friends help keep tuition affordable while providing programs and services that enrich the academic experience for all PSU students.
