Please tell us about ultrasonic cutting ?
For you that require woven label with tight tolerances or edges softer than can be slit on the loom, we offer our ultra-soft broadloom woven labels. The woven are on the loom. Anyway, they are slit off -loom. The edge are not sealed by running along a hot wire [ essentially melting the polyester fibers];therefore, they tend to be softer than the labels slit on the loom. Sourcharge are nominal so many of our existing customers find the ultra -sonic soft labels well wort the additional cost.
