Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi (www.igrua.gov.in), Fursat Ganj , Raebareli is considered to be India’s premier flying training school. Admission to 14 months Ab-Initio to CPL course is open to students who are minimum 17 years old as on the date of commencement of the programme, or as specified, and have completed 10 + 2 or its equivalent with Physics, Maths and English as main subjects with minimum 55% aggregate marks in Maths & Physics. For SC/ST candidates and those having higher degree in science, minimum marks is 50% .Selection is on the basis of performance in theWritten test ,WOMBAT(Pilot Aptitude Test), Viva Test and Interview. The cost of training is above Rs 20 lakhs approximately.
