When calculating the reseller rates for a call-through or a calling card service, the call rate from a country to any other country is dependant on 2 factors. The free phone charge from that country to UK and then the outbound charge for termination to the destination country. UnitedConnect will provide the reseller with a per second charge rate for the free phone number and a per second rate charge for all the worldwide destinations. It is then up to the reseller to decide on rates that he wishes to sell to his clients. The procedure for setting up a reseller partition on the UnitedConnect switch is described in the reseller “how it works” section.
