Please explain the terms “Book Stitching” and why it would be required on all med and most heavy duty units?

The input devices (copiers) with the scan option can scan documents to the server for any OCR applications. Would you explain your requirement for OCR? A. We don’t have OCR currently and would like that as part of the solution Q. Finishers with hole punch for med size copiers? Based on the volumes provided, many of the med size machines will run less than 10,000 copies per month. Normally in school applications no finishers are provided with the newer med range systems due to standard internal sorting. To provide punching a separate device (external finisher) is required. Are you requesting separate finishers for the mid size copiers due to punching? Adding finishers will increase the cost per page. Can we show the finishers as options or omit based on applications?
