Please explain the scoring system and who rates the blogs and comments?

The scoring system is the way in which the blog administrator allows posted comments to be available to the reader. Frankly, we would prefer to do away with this system completely, but we have to have a way to avoid spam, irrelevant or inappropriate material, etc. Please be reassured that the administrator is not actually “rating” the comments. Scores do not have any significance or special meaning to bloggers. Scoring is the tool that allows us to post anonymous comments without getting flooded with comments that do not comply with our posting guidelines.
