Please explain the Costume Competition?
!!: A convention without costumes is as odd as a peacock without feathers. Costumers bring their finest works to conventions to show them off and engage in friendly competition. All-Con will hold our Costume Competition Saturday evening. The event will be operated under the guidelines on the All-Con Costume Competition page. Participants must register for the Costume Competition at the time they check into the convention. Costume registration closes at 5:00pm on Saturday.
