It’s really easy. You’ll need to have a Liberty Reserve account (you can register one at www.libertyreserve.com). As soon as you have one, all you need to do is to authorize yourself at the WOIP website, enter your account and choose a corresponding option from the menu. From there, simply follow instructions.
