Please describe the background and experience of the key management personnel?
The President and CEO have a combined 40 years of experience, in both retail production and management roles. All key management personnel have extensive experience in their respective fields. For example, our Chief Operations Officer, Compliance Officer, Director of Research and Director of Independent Services have been in the securities industry for over 20 years.
