DWP, DfES and HSE are undergoing transformations that will see the number of staff and sites reduce over the next several years. DWP has a target headcount of 102,000 by 2008 and DfES have a projected headcount of 3,500 by 2010. The Authority cannot determine what impact the changes will have on OH referral volumes.
