• Writing: Generally, you work one-on-one with a writing consultant for 30-50 minutes. • Math, Structures & Physics: Drop-in sessions range from 90 minutes to three hours long. You are welcome to stay for as long as you want. • CAD: As long as you need, up to a limit of 5 hours a semester. What if I can’t make drop-in times? Then contact the LRC. A limited number of by-appointment sessions are usually available. However, we recommend for people to use drop-in whenever possible. Who can you use the Learning Resource Center? Anyone associated with the BAC: staff, faculty, or students. What sort of help do the writing consultants provide? They provide free feedback on any written work ranging from class assignments, to theses, to application essays. In addition, we can help you with any step of the writing process.
