Please Advise – Where is the best place to migrate in Australia?
The climate is warm to hot everywhere except Tasmania. The property market is reasonable everywhere except Sydney and to a lesser extent Melbourne and Perth. There are beaches pretty much everywhere, so really there are plenty of places that would be good. Nursing work is available everywhere, particularly away from the big cities. Maybe consider Adelaide, or one of the coastal towns and smaller cities. There are a lot of expats from the UK in Adelaide, and it is a very pleasant, fairly quiet but a little bit uninteresting city with lovely beaches, a very good sort of a place for a young family. The coastal towns will be quieter still, it depends on what you prefer.
