Plastic Surgery and health company covering costs?
Jul 28, 2008 by Buff Me | Posted in Other – Health Q: i have Americhoice, Medicaid & Medicare I had Gastric Detour in 2001 and insurance company covered surgery in full i now have alot of sagging skin due to the prime weight loss. what kind of letters do i need from doctors / specialists to get an arm cheering up, leg lift or breast lift covered by my health insurance. what do the letters need to say that would help me get approved.
