A. In some parts of Canada different format of Caller ID information is used. Please download Fix.Zip and run Fix.exe from the archive (on Windows Vista or Windows 7 choose ‘Run as Administrator’). It should say something like ‘2 registry entries replaced.’ Restart Windows. Please note that this fix is for Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows Vista or Windows 7. It doesn’t work on Windows 98 or Windows ME.
