Phone Numbers: Q: Can I transfer an existing toll free number to iTeleCenter?
Yes. There is a one time $25 fee to transfer a toll free number to our system. First select the plan you want. Then select ‘Transfer a Toll Free Number to our system ’ on the Choose Number page. Enter the 10 digit toll free number you want to transfer and continue to complete the signup process. Once you have completed your signup we will send a form with instructions to the email address you provided during signup. Complete the form and fax it to (877) 212-1460. You can begin setting up your iTeleCenter number online before the transfer is completed. Please note that it can take up to three weeks to complete the transfer. We will inform you once the number is active on our system.
