PeterPays doesn work (anymore). Why?
If you are not able to use PeterPays (anymore), because you’re not able to open the input window or because the PeterPays home page “freezes”, there may be different reasons. The most frequent problem is an active adblocker and expired page contents in the browser cache. More information about the first problem you’ll find in the FAQ under “Call duration and disconnects”. You can easily clear the browser cache (Internet Explorer 7: “Delete temporary Internet files” and “Delete cookies” using internet options in system control. If both methods don’t resolve the probleme, please contact our Support with a detailed problem description.
