Content of a threatening or offensive nature are not accepted and is against the law to be printed. If the message you want displayed on the certificate is of a “risky” nature, we do provide blank certificates for you to complete yourself. We cannot offer refunds on blank certificates if they have been written, printed or marked in any way which makes them not resalable.
