Reason: One of the most common of email questions is this one: I have all these people trying to send me stuff, and I am not getting it! Simply stated, make sure the e-mail address you are telling them to send to is correct. Solution: Make sure it is put as username”@fiai.net” not as “@fia.net or @fianet.com or @fiai.net.com” etc. etc.
