People are not using the bins provided and are leaving rubbish in communal areas – what can be done?
Untidy and littered bin areas are a health hazard and attract pests and vermin. Rubbish must not be left in communal areas and all household rubbish should be wrapped in plastic bags before being placed in the dustbin in the communal bin area. Do let us know if you are aware of this taking place so we can address this. The removal of items from communal areas can have implications on the service charge of residents living in that area.
