Go to the Report Problems web page and submit a report. The inquiry will be forwarded to the traffic engineer for review. The city will send an inspector out to evaluate the situation. Your neighborhood may be required to present a petition signed by more than ½ of the owners of the ten residences adjacent to the speed hump.
