The new residents, visitors, users of the marina facilities, and planned events will lead to the general increase in economic activity which will support and enhance the existing town centre and create a variety of new local business opportunities. The community itself will have access to the new development and its waterfront and facilities planned for the development such as the cinema will greatly benefit the community.
