The Government of Paraguay on its Resolution N 286/2003 J.M. authorizes to Lotera del Paraguay, S.A. for the exploitation of electronic games in Internet. Such resolution also includes the fact that a percentage of the selling on Internet will be devoted to charity in Paraguay.
