PayPal yearly account billing issue?
We have had an issue with Pay Pal and them billing our users incorrectly for yearly subscriptions. If you look at the receipt we sent you for your order you receive one or two years of NexTrend service for $xxx and then in month 13 or 25 billing for NexTrend will go to monthly at $xxx. However, if you look at the Pay Pal receipt it will show $xxx and then monthly at $xxx the Pay Pal bill is incorrect. The only way we currently have to resolve this is to cancel the Pay Pal account so they do not keep billing you. Your NexTrend service is valid and we will enable the Pay Pal account again at the end of the 12 or 24 month period. You Should receive an e mail from Pay Pal stating that you account has been cancelled. Your NexTrend account is still good for the year however Pay Pal will bill you $xxxx each month if we did not cancel the Pay Pal recurring billing. We only have this issue with Pay Pal. We have been trying to get Pay Pal to fix this issue for months. The only way currently to f
