Typically, PayPal payments are billed at once or within seconds. In some cases, however, PayPal delays a payment by one, two or three days. This is caused by an automatic fraud recognition mechanism used by PayPal which does not always work satisfactorily. Unfortunately, PayPal does not report such a payment to until the review is completed. Your JonDonym account will get activated not till then. You may speed up the review by writing a message to PayPal telling them that your payment to us was desired and no fraud attempt.
