• If you get the following tax credits and your income is below the following limits then you will be exempt from prescription charges: • Child Tax Credit and your gross annual income used to calculate your tax credit award does not exceed £15,050 or; • Child Tax Credit and Working Tax Credit and your gross annual income used to calculate your tax credit award does not exceed £15,050 or; • Working Tax Credit including a disability or severe disability element and your gross annual income used to calculated your tax credit award does not exceed £15,050 per annum. • Full details of how to receive this exemption as well as details of other exemptions and entitlements based on your tax credit award can be found here.
