PART 1 For the Value Domains, you need to fill values for the tags CADSR_ConceptualDomainPublicID and CADSR_ConceptualDomainVersion. Where you do find these values?
Do the following: 1. Find the attribute in your model that uses this Value Domain. 2. Find the class that contains this attribute. 3. Find the primary concept mapped to the class. 4. Look up that concept in the EVS Thesaurus at http://nciterms.nci.nih.gov/NCIBrowser/Dictionary.do, connecting to the NCI_Thesaurus (the default). 5. Bring up the taxonomy tree and find the root concept under which the primary concept resides (be sure to go all the way to the top) For example: say your primary concept is Biosequence. You can search for Biosequence in the EVS thesaurus. Click the “See concept in tree” icon for that concept (the icon looks like circle). A dialog box comes with the Taxonomy tree. Biosequence will be highlighted. Move up the tree until you find the root concept for Biosequence. Biosequence is a child of UML Entity which is a child of NCI Administrative Concept, which is a root node. So the root node of Biosequence is NCI Administrative Concept. 6.
