P15 I nominated a station to top up my Oyster card on TfLs website, so why is nothing added?
If you complete your online order before 23:00 it should be ready for the next day, which begins at 04:30. If it does not work then there could be another reason why the transaction has not worked. You will need to contact the Oyster card helpline on 0845 330 9876 (8am – 8pm, every day) to find out why. You have seven days to pick up your order at your nominated station. If you do not pick it up you will be refunded after fourteen days.
