Overseas ITT students have previously been returned to the TDA for the census. How should these students be coded in the new ITT record?

These students will be included in the ITT In-Year record for the purpose of GTCE provisional registration. However, if these students are not eligible for funding the fundability code (Student.FUNDCODE) should be coded 2 ‘Not fundable by funding council.
