Over the entire meeting how many massages can the therapists do?
To work out how many therapists you want just work out how many hours the exhibition is open for and multiply this by 4 (multiply by 2 for reflexology) and you will get the amount of massages 1 therapists can do. We need in a day about an hour off a day so think of that when doing the hours. This can then be multiplied by as many therapists as you want to get the amount of massages you require for your exhibition.
