This automatically creates an appointment for the current date within the next half hour OR • Just drag an email to a date on the To-Do Bar OR • Click on the Calendar button on the Navigation Pane and click on the New button OR double-click anywhere in the main window at a designated time and date OR • Double-click on a date in the Date Navigator on the To Do Bar and it will automatically create an appointment Fill out all necessary information then click on the Save & Close button on the Appointment ribbon to save and exit from this appt. You can also quickly turn a one-time personal appt. into a recurring appt. by clicking on the Recurrence button.
