Technically, it is possible to convert a structured text files to an XML document. In addition to the file format change, new information is also being requested. Your conversion will have to take that into account if the vendor doesn’t update the text file output. For example, last year the electronic files didn’t require teacher name for grades 10-12 course registration. Future registrations for grades 10-12 will require a teacher’s Saskatchewan Learing ID.
