Our users can access Fax Client v5 when using Simple Finder in OS X. Is there another alternative?
Research and testing on this issue is ongoing, but the issue is most likely caused by a problem with Apple’s java implementation in OS X. The workaround is to log back into the machine as an Admin user, create an alias to the OS X Fax Client (located in Applications: 4-Sight FAX Client folder) and place this alias into the Users: Shared Folder. Now, when your users log in under Simple Finder, this alias will be found in the Shared Folder located in the Dock. Double-click the alias to launch Fax Client.
