. There aren’t and it won’t. The 4Matrix database can be installed on any school server. It isn’t necessary to put it on the same server as your MIS. 4Matrix is a ‘standard’ Microsoft SQL database application that has been tested on literally hundreds of school networks over several years. It uses read-only methods approved by MIS suppliers. In the case of SIMS we use a data extraction utility written by a SIMS premier partner (TASC Software). In the case of CMIS we use some well-tested reports and some neat data integration.
