A. CSS Competitive Grants were available during fiscal year 1999 and fiscal year 2000. The General Assembly will decide in the 2000 session how those monies will be distributed in the future. There are several other sources for alternative education funding, however. OJJDP and DJJ have grant monies available, and the Federal Register is an excellent source for federal monies.
