Our school re-purchased access to TechConnect, how can I enter my new Content Key?
Solution: If the teachers Content Key expired, they will be prompted to enter their new key after they log into the site. TechConnect will not allow overlapping keys to be entered; if the new Content Key starts after the current key expires then both can be entered. However if they Content Key dates overlap, then the new key can only be entered after the current one expires.
