The CHSB may not give legal advice concerning whether or not to terminate employees based upon the results of a CORI check. These questions should be directed to your school’s legal counsel. The CHSB and DOE recommend that your school develop a policy. Please see the DOE memorandum for criteria that your school may consider in developing a policy.
