Use the element and if possible the NSDL_DC Education Level vocabulary. Then you may repeat the element to include your own educational grade bands. If possible, please indicate you are using the NSDL_DC vocabulary by including the XML attribute: xsi:type=”nsdl_dc:NSDLEdLevel”. This allows for easier vocabulary interpretation.
