You will need to switch your high-speed Internet broadband connection from USB to Ethernet in order to use Internet Phone service. You must purchase a ADSL/Cable Broadband Ethernet router. Both your PC and the Internet phone or adapter will connect to the router. If your computer does not have an Ethernet card, you can purchase a USB to Ethernet Conversion cable to connect your computer to the router, and ultimately the Internet. With this arrangement, you can use your computer to access the Internet while using your VoIP Phone service at the same time.
