Our local health jurisdiction does not have a contract with the Basic Health and SCHIP plans. Where can they be seen now?
They are seen in private doctors’ offices throughout the state and are managed by the insurance companies that cover them. State-supplied vaccine will continue to be available for these groups, so many will continue to be seen in their provider office. Any contracts for local health will probably have to be with individual insurance companies.
