A. You should decide within your Consortium which LA will be in the lead for the purpose of application to the Gateway. Then a nominated person from that LA should ensure that Section C of the application template is completed. If the consortium area covers more than one 14-19 Partnership, all the Partnerships involved should agree the statement before this form is completed.
